Copper Flock!

Very limited, small edition of 4 one-of-a-kind, original mono prints using copper ink. These are screen prints using a plant-based biodegradable ink onto handmade heavy weight card stock.

I make this turquoise ink in my Stockport kitchen from Copper scraps I found in my Dad’s garage after he died. He never threw *anything* away but this colour is forever and I love how it blends and moves with multiple sweeps of the squeegee.

Within the edition you get fuzzier/crisper/sharper tones - so choose the one you like most (there’s no right answer - sometimes I prefer the crisper images, sometimes the opposite).

If you’d like to frame it simply as per the photo, add a wooden hanger to your basket from the shop (you’ll find it if you filter for all items).

I finish all my plant based prints with an anti-UV varnish, but it’s best not to display my work in direct sunlight. To protect the colours still further, you can ask your framer to use conservation glass.
